Curtain Inspiration

Right now, I am loving these curtains for the breakfast nook:
Welcome to Heardmont
The Yellow Cape Cod
A Thoughtful Place
I am also dying to stencil something, and am thinking that these West Elms curtains could be easily knocked off:

So there they are.  I need help deciding.

  1. I love them- hard choice. I think it depends on how bold you want your window coverings. Do you want them as a focal point or more as atmosphere?

  2. I voted -- can you guess for which one? ;)

  3. Oh man I just voted for stripes and it looks like it's 50/50!!! I hope you have a tiebreaker! :)

    Lauren @ tickled.

  4. i voted.. guess which i chose!! :P

  5. I voted...I swear we are related...I was looking at the same combos....no crapola my dear. So the real question is...which one shall you choose for us? :)

  6. Hey there!

I voted! I'm all about stencil, but those stripes look very nice!

Oh, thanks for watching my episode yesterday. It was nice knowing that my bloggy friends were in my corner.

  7. Oh my goodness...my friend Rachel JUST did a post where she made curtains from a painters tarp JUST LIKE the black and white stripes curtains! For like $9. Check it out...http://3berrysrrandw.blogspot.com/2011/03/diy-curtains.html

    Too funny!

  8. I'm loving stripes these days so I'll say stripes. haha.. Choose a subtler contrast if you're not going for anything too bold. Just have fun with it, I'm sure it'll turn out great.

  9. Nice color of curtains and also for some home ideas on proper organization of furniture and other things around for your home.

  10. You can know all about curtain inspiration from the post here. Good post
